FAQ

  • How do pre-orders work?

    You can order your plant via the website and pay for it using multiple payment options. I will ensure that your plant is neatly packed and ready. Make sure you don't forget your order confirmation (digital or on paper).

  • What if I can't come?

    No problem! Then let us know as soon as possible. This can be done via email or via Instagram DM. The plant can then be shipped later or you can request a full refund.

  • What payment options are there on the market itself?

    In my stand you can pay with PIN or Cash.

  • What do you take with you to a plant market?

    Unfortunately I only have limited space in the car. I bring everything from my entire range, only from the Clear Anti-Spiral Pots, for example, but in a limited quantity. If you want to be sure that you do not miss out on your favorite plant supplies, it is wise to place an order in advance so that I can set these products aside for you!
