Are the items in my shopping cart reserved?
No, the items are not reserved for you if they are in your shopping cart. So make sure you pay when you want to order, only then will you be sure of your products!
When will my order be shipped?
All orders with plants are shipped on Monday (all of Europe) and Tuesday (only within the Netherlands). This is to avoid delays during the weekend.
Orders without plants will be shipped the same working day, if ordered before 12:00.
I forgot to add a plant/product to my order
No problem! As long as track & trace has not yet been sent, you can still add products to your order! Send me an Instagram DM or email and your product or plant will be added. This way you only pay shipping costs once. You will then receive a link to pay.
What happens to my order if it is very hot or cold?
To prevent damage, plants will not be sent if it is colder than 5 degrees Celsius or warmer than 27 degrees Celsius. If you place an order you will receive a message with a new shipping date.
Can I choose a specific plant?
That is possible! You can do this by sending me an email or an Instagram DM. Let us know which plant(s) you are interested in. I'll send photos and a video of the available plants so you can choose your favorite!
Can i cancel my order?
That is possible. Let me know as soon as possible via hello@therootingstudio.nl. However, canceling orders is only possible if no track and trace has yet been sent.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days. However, return costs are borne by the customer.
Plants are excluded, but if you are still not satisfied, please contact me via the return form or via hello@therootingstudio.nl!
Can I pick up my order?
It is possible to pick up the order in Eindhoven. Send me an email or an Instagram DM and I will create a separate invoice for you!
My order arrived damaged, what now?
We're sorry that your order was damaged! Send us an email (hello@therootingstudio.nl) with photos and we will provide a suitable solution.
A full refund will not be given if the plant has minor damage to the leaf.
I am looking for a certain plant, can you get it?
Not all plants are on the webshop! For example, some plants are simply too large to ship. In addition, I have a lot of plants, so taking pictures of the plants sometimes takes longer. You can always send me an Instagram DM or email if you're looking for your wishlist plant!
